One of my angels
Chris came in the house this morning, after starting the cars and shoveling a bit, with a HUGE smile on his face, "Did you know that the snow here has the lowest percentage of moisture? That's why it's 'The Greatest Snow on Earth!'"
Can you tell he's pretty stoked to be living here?!!

Hey Carol, how did you guys choose Utah? Just curious.
We currently live in Texas and are contemplating a move to someplace more "wintery" like Denver.
Jessie, we looked at many places for over a year. Wanted ocean, mountains and a more moderate environment than Minnesota or Wisconsin. Loved Portland, but not the greatest schools and pretty rainy. Liked the Sacramento outlying areas, but VERY expensive and still pretty far from the mountains. Denver we never considered because of the smog and it is about two hours from ski areas. Salt Lake is great. It is minutes to hiking, mountain biking, sitting by a creek, Park City, ski resorts. The culture is different, but we live in a very ecclectic neighborhood and LOVE it! Feel free to email me if you want to "talk" more!
Thanks Carol. :)
I don't know why we have Denver stuck in our heads. Just one of those things. We've never even been there. We just know we want to move somewhere in that part of the country near snow and skiing. We still have about another year here in Texas to figure out where we want to go, but I may definitely ask your advice when we really start looking.
The snow looks gorgeous! :)
Have a great day.
So your snow is all light and powdery? How can you make a good snowman? Good for skiing though.
